We are confident in the durability and strength of our product. The Qlik System in most cases will far outlast standard truck life with proper installation, use, and maintenance.
Our Warranty
All Qwik Truks manufactured components are warranted against manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase.
We make every effort to process your warranty claim within a reasonable time frame.
All claims are at the sole discretion of the Qwik Truks team. Our goal is to honor legitimate warranty claims and replace defective product for our customers.
US Customers
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us here and let us know that you have a warranty issue. You will receive a reply by email to start the claim process and may be required to submit images to detail the claim and proof of purchase. A team member will review your claim and any associated images to determine whether you need to send your product in for further inspection or what the next step will be for replacement.
International Customers
If you purchased your product directly from us on our website please follow the steps outlined above for US customers. If you purchased your product from one of our licensed international dealers or shops, please contact them and they will handle the claim through us.
What is Covered
- Manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship
- Bolt threading issues at point of purchase
- Missing or defective parts
- Bent or defective parts that prohibit proper function
What is not covered
- Normal wear
- Improper set up or maintenance*
- Damage to the Deck plate from one truck tricks
* Depth of the bolts and correct installation on Deck Plates is very important. Improper installation will lead to potential parts failure
